I'm Keema Thompson — a licensed North Carolina REALTOR® based in Raleigh with a passion for helping people find exactly where they belong. Whether you're moving across the country or across the city, I bring the knowledge, the hustle, and the heart to every transaction.
Story
From Brooklyn to Raleigh — and I brought my work ethic with me.
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York — where you learn fast that if you want something, you go get it. That drive followed me south to North Carolina, and it's been the foundation of everything I've built here.
I've been a licensed NC REALTOR® since 2019, and I started the same way many of my clients do — figuring things out, navigating a new market, and learning what it really takes to make a smart real estate decision. That experience made me a better agent. I don't just recite market data — I understand what it feels like to be on the other side of that transaction.
Over the years I've worked with first-time homebuyers who had no idea where to start, relocation clients who needed to buy a home without ever stepping foot in the state, FSBO sellers who tried to go it alone and finally called for backup, and investors looking to build long-term wealth in one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country.
Today I run a full-service real estate and relocation business serving clients across the Raleigh/Durham metro and beyond. And because financing is just as important as finding the right home, I'm connected to the top mortgage loan officers in North Carolina — so my clients always have access to expert lending guidance right alongside their home search.
When I'm not helping clients close deals, you'll find me creating content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, building my nonprofit, and pouring into my community through leadership roles with YPN (Young Professionals Network) and Toastmasters International.

In order to provide the highest level of service possible to my clients, and as required by law, I work for those with whom I have a signed agency agreement.
With sellers, that means a listing agreement. With buyers, that means a buyer representation agreement. Without that agreement, I not only don't represent you, but I can't represent you. Because without that agreement, you're a customer, not a client.
